Step 1: Collar Selection

  • Customers must determine the collar style that best suits their purpose and overall design concept.

  • Options typically include:

    • Round Neck: Casual and widely used for sports and events.

    • V-Neck: Modern look, preferred for team and performance wear.

    • Polo Collar: Professional style, suitable for corporate or semi-formal events.

  • The chosen collar type should align with comfort, aesthetics, and the event’s requirements.

Step 2: Fabric Selection

Eyelet Interlock

170gsm – Midweight fabric combining spun yarn softness with micro eyelet breathability, lightweight yet durable.

Small Diamond

140gsm – Soft, light, and breathable with a subtle diamond weave for style and comfort. Perfect for sport jerseys and activewear.

Mini Eyelet

140gsm – Soft, airy, and lightweight with a subtle eyelet design for extra breathability. Perfect for sport jerseys and activewear.

Scuba

260gsm – Medium-weight double-knit fabric. Soft, stretchy, and structured with a smooth finish. Comfortable yet durable, perfect for dresses, jackets, and stylish everyday wear.

Micro Umbro Superlite

140gsm – Soft, airy, and lightweight with a unique Umbro texture. Quick-dry comfort makes it ideal for jerseys, team uniforms, and everyday sportswear.

Micro New Superlite

145gsm – Lightweight microfiber fabric, smooth, breathable, and quick-drying, designed for sportswear, uniforms, and casual apparel.

Micro Fishbone Superlite

140gsm – Lightweight microfiber fabric with a subtle fishbone weave. Quick-dry comfort makes it perfect for jerseys, activewear, and everyday wear.

MF Superlite

120gsm – Ultra-lightweight microfiber fabric, smooth, breathable, and quick-drying, suitable for lining, sportswear, and lightweight apparel.

MF Sandwich

230gsm – Medium-weight fabric with a layered knit “sandwich” structure. Durable, breathable, and quick-drying, ideal for jackets and outerwear

MF Interlock

140gsm – Lightweight interlock knit fabric made with fine microfiber yarns, soft, smooth, and lightweight with excellent breathability and quick-dry comfort.

Jac Eyelet

140gsm – Soft and airy with a jacquard-style eyelet pattern for extra breathability. Lightweight comfort perfect for activewear, jerseys, and casual outfits.

Interlock Pique

140gsm – A lightweight knit fabric with a fine pique texture. Weight: 140gsm. Smooth, breathable, and durable, suitable for polo shirts, uniforms, and casual wear.

Eyelet Mesh

140gsm – Soft, airy, and breathable with a perforated design that keeps you cool and comfortable. Perfect for jerseys, sports uniforms, and active lifestyle wear.

Mini Ottoman

140gsm – Soft, breathable, and durable with a subtle ribbed texture. Lightweight yet strong, perfect for comfortable daily wear, uniforms, and stylish active apparel.

  • Customers are required to select from available fabric types based on comfort, durability, and suitability for sublimation printing.

  • Fabric options may include:

    • Small Diamond: Unique textured finish. Designed for style, strength, and maximum breathability.

    • Eyelet / Mesh Fabric: Provides maximum ventilation for sports or high-intensity activities.

    • Sandewich / Scuba: Thick, durable and long-lasting. Perfect for stylish, structured apparel.

  • Considerations include climate, activity level, and budget.

Step 3: Design Submission

  • Customers must provide their preferred design in a high-resolution file (AI, PSD, PDF, or PNG format recommended).

  • If no design is available, customers may choose from the company’s pre-designed templates.

  • The design should incorporate the correct colors (CMYK mode) and resolution (minimum 300dpi) to ensure accurate printing results.

  • Customers should confirm placement of logos, graphics, and text before submission.

Step 4: Cutting Definition

  • Customers are required to specify the desired jersey cutting style, ensuring suitability for intended use. Options include:

    • Short Sleeve: Standard casual or sportswear.

    • Long Sleeve: Suitable for outdoor or cold-weather use.

    • Muslimah Cutting: Longer length with modest fit for better coverage.

  • Accurate sizing (S–10XL or custom measurements) must also be confirmed to avoid fitting issues.

Step 5: Personalization (Optional)

  • Customers may request additional customization such as:

    • Printing of individual names, numbers, or team titles.

    • Addition of sponsor logos or special graphics.

  • Personalization should be provided in a structured format (e.g., Excel sheet with names/numbers) to avoid errors.

  • Any extra customization may affect production lead time and pricing.

Step 6:  Final Consultation

  • Before production begins, all details shall be reviewed and confirmed with the customer.

  • Confirmation shall include:

    • Collar type

    • Fabric choice

    • Design placement and colors

    • Cutting style and sizes

    • Personalization details

  • The company shall provide a digital mock-up for customer approval.

  • Only upon customer’s written or signed confirmation will production proceed.
