Procedure for Sublimation Jersey Customization
1. Collar Selection – Determine the preferred collar type based on design and functionality that best suits their purpose and overall design concept. The chosen collar type should align with comfort, aesthetics, and the event’s requirements.
2. Fabric Selection – Choose the appropriate fabric type from the available options based on comfort, durability, and suitability for sublimation printing. Considerations include thickness, activity level, and budget.
3. Design Submission – Upload your own design file in a high-resolution file (AI, PSD, PDF, or PNG format recommended). If no design is available, customers may choose from the pre-designed templates. Customers should confirm placement of logos, graphics, and text before submission.
4. Cutting Definition – Specify the desired t-shirt cutting style (e.g., long sleeve, short sleeve, Muslimah). Accurate sizing must also be confirmed to avoid fitting issues.
5. Personalization (Optional) – Indicate any customization requirements such as individual names, numbers or team titles. Personalization should be provided in a structured format (e.g., Excel sheet with names/numbers) to avoid errors. Any extra customization may affect production lead time and pricing.
6. Final Consultation – Discuss and confirm all specifications with our team prior to production. We will provide a digital mock-up for customer approval. Only upon customer’s written or signed confirmation will production proceed.
