How it works

How to order: 4 steps

Step 1: Tell us what you need

Send us these details. The more complete, the faster your quote. The quote builder does this for you.

  • Product: t-shirt or polo shirt
  • Style: collar, sleeve and body cut
  • Uniform type: e.g. corporate shirt, jacket, trousers, apron (see the list below)
  • Fabric and colour
  • Printing method: printing or embroidery (not sure? we'll recommend one)
  • Your logo or artwork, and where it goes
  • Quantity per size (e.g. S×10, M×30, L×40, XL×20)
  • Staff size list: use our size list template
  • Name embroidery: do you need staff names on each piece?
  • Date you need it by

Step 2: Get your quotation

Our team suggests the best fabric, printing method, packing and distribution for your budget, then sends you a price quotation.

Step 3: Confirm, pay deposit and approve your sample

Confirm your artwork and quotation, then pay the deposit. We make a sample mockup for you to check before mass production starts. The sample mockup is free for bulk orders.

Step 4: Production and delivery

Once you approve the sample, we start production. Your order is delivered or ready for pickup on the agreed date. We deliver throughout Malaysia, with free shipping for bulk orders.

Lead time: around 10 working days after sample approval.

Lead time: 3 to 4 weeks for custom-made uniforms.

    Colours

    Choose from our standard colours, or we dye fabric to match your brand using the Pantone system. You can also give us a CMYK or RGB code, or send us a physical item to match. See our colour chart.

    Standard colours for our 26 TC single jersey (175 gsm). Tap a colour to add it to your quote request.

    Colours on screen may look slightly different from the real fabric. Ask us for a physical swatch if the exact shade matters.

    Polo fabrics (lacoste, pique, interlock) come in their own colour range. Ask us for the swatch card.

    Printing

    Printing or embroidery: which to choose?

    Answer 2 quick questions and we'll point you to the best method.

    For uniforms: most companies choose embroidery for the logo, as it looks premium and lasts. We can also embroider each staff member's name with no minimum quantity, using our standard machine font.

    What affects the price? Quantity (the more you order, the lower the price per piece), fabric, number of print colours and positions, embroidery size, and how urgently you need it. Changes after the artwork is confirmed may cost extra.

    Send your logo as JPEG, PNG or PDF. For the sharpest print, send the best quality file you have; a vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) is best.

    Staff size list

    For uniforms, collect each staff member's size in one list and send it to us. Download our template, fill it in (Excel or Google Sheets), and attach it in WhatsApp or email.

    Columns: No, Staff name, Department, Gender, Item, Size, Qty, Name to embroider.

    Frequently asked questions

    Can I see the shirt before you make the whole order?

    Yes. After you pay the deposit, we make a sample mockup for your approval. Mass production only starts after you say OK.

    I only need a few pieces. Can you do it?

    Yes. With DTF heat transfer printing there is no minimum; you can order from 1 piece.

    Can you design my logo or shirt?

    Yes. Share your idea and our team will design it for you.

    Can you match my company colour?

    Yes. Give us the Pantone, CMYK or RGB code, or send a physical sample, and we'll match it.

    Can I mix sizes in one order?

    Yes. Just list the quantity for each size.

    Can I change my design after confirming?

    Small changes before production are fine. Changes after the artwork is confirmed may cost extra.

    Do you do urgent orders?

    Yes, depending on our schedule. An urgent surcharge may apply, so tell us your deadline early.

    Do you deliver outside the Klang Valley?

    Yes, we deliver throughout Malaysia, with free shipping for bulk orders. You can also pick up from our Puchong office.

    What is the minimum order for custom-made uniforms?

    100 pcs for a new custom-made uniform. Lead time is 3 to 4 weeks after sample approval.

    Can I re-order uniforms later for new staff?

    Yes. Re-orders of the same design start from 50 pcs.

    Can you embroider staff names on uniforms?

    Yes, with no minimum quantity. Names are embroidered in our standard machine font.

    What if my order arrives wrong or damaged?

    Contact us straight away. See our refund policy for details.
