Screen Printing (Silkscreen)
Best for: large orders with simple designs of a few solid colours.

- Not suitable for photos or colour gradients
Embroidery
Best for: uniforms, polo shirts, shirts and jackets that need a premium, professional finish.

- Price rises with logo size, so large designs cost more
- Very small text and gradients don’t stitch well
DTF Printing (also known as Heat Transfer)
Best for: full-colour designs, photos, gradients and small quantities.

- Quick turnaround on small orders
- Works on cotton, polyester and most blends
- Cost per piece stays flat, so screen printing is cheaper for big runs
- Large prints feel firmer on the fabric than screen printing
