- Full-Color Capability: Unlike laser engraving (which is usually just white/frosted), crystal film allows for vibrant, full-color logos, gradients, and photographs.
- High Resolution: It can capture tiny details and small text that might chip or look jagged if sandblasted or engraved.
- Scratch & Water Resistant: The varnish layer makes the print highly resistant to scratches, water, and sunlight. It does not fade easily over time.
- Please consult us about the individual product information for crystal film dimension.

- Sublimation printing is a chemical process where ink turns into a gas and bonds directly with the fabric fibers. Unlike stickers or vinyl that sit on top of the shirt, sublimation becomes part of the shirt.
- Full Color: You can print photographs and complex gradients easily.
- Breathability: The ink does not clog the fabric pores; the shirt stays breathable.
- Durability: The print lasts as long as the garment. It withstands infinite washes.
- No White Ink: Sublimation printers generally do not print white. If your design has white parts, they will just be the color of the shirt/bag.
- Lead time is 7-14 business days. Rush charge applicable for shorter lead time.
- Unlike embroidery or traditional PVC molding, 3D UV Patch is a digital process. This allows for photorealistic images, incredibly fine lines, and miniscule text to be rendered with perfect clarity.
- It can achieve highly saturated, vibrant colors that sit on top of the material rather than soaking in. It also seamlessly handles complex color gradients, fades, and shadows, which are nearly impossible in embroidery or difficult in standard molding.
- The UV curing process turns the liquid ink into a very hard, durable plastic polymer instantly. Once cured, the raised print is highly resistant to scratching, abrasion, and sun fading.
- Can be applied to a wide variety of flat patch bases, including twill fabric, faux leather, real leather or denim, offering different aesthetic backgrounds for the raised print.
- Lead time is 10-14 business days. Rush charge applicable for shorter lead time.
