SCREEN PRINTING
The most economical and preferred method for top quality printing for large number of order is Silk Screen aka screen Printing.
Let the Printing Commence
To start with- a frame is created; or rather a design is printed onto a sheet so that the ink can be transferred. For the multi color design each color is applied using the screens – the rapid dying process in this manner is very important as it represent the amount of time the inks are allowed to dry before the next ink is applied.
The affordability of this printing occurs, if the number of order increases – As it divides the fixed cost of printing into the quantity ordered.

DIRECT TO GARMENT PRINTING
Advancement of technology has paved a way for a much better garment printing. DTG (Direct to Garment) is one of the advanced yet popular printing types nowadays.
Decide to go DIGITAL
The process is whereby the image is directly printed on the garment (100% Cotton) through heads containing ink jets move back and forth over the print substrate spraying CMYK to recreate the digital image. DTG printers have additional white jets to create an under base, then print the color image.

- Direct-to-garment printing produces the best results on 100% cotton garments.
- To best preserve the colors in your design, we recommend washing the garments inside out in cold water.
- The pre-treatment on dark shirts may leave a slight discoloration around the printed image area. This is a natural result of the process and disappears with the first wash. All DTG prints should be washed prior to wear.
HEAT TRANSFER PRINTING
A popular yet most simple technique for printing is Heat Transfer!!
Let the Printing Commence
It is the process of transferring the images onto the garment under high heat and pressure using a special type of ink and transfer paper. This technique uses two different types of transfer papers- one is for white shirts and other is for colored shirts. It is suitable for printing full color pictures or multi colored graphics which includes tone graphics as well.
The printing process usually takes 5 minutes or less to complete the printing. Furthermore, it works well on almost every fabric including polyester and cotton.

- Prints fade after several washes and do not last long.

Digitizing Designs into Embroidery
Embroidery is the process of converting existing artwork into a stitch file that embroidery machine can sew on a garment.
Generally, all embroidered are carried out using polyester embroidery threads due to its vibrant, rich colors and luxurious finish. Moreover, they are resistant to chlorine bleach which ensures long-term wear and lasting color.
We have numerous of polyester thread colors for selection, later selected thread colors can be matched with Pantone Matching System® to confirm the accuracy with existing logos.
